Cancellation & Refund Policy
Order cancellation window and refund terms for Padmavati Ceramics - how cancellations, failed payments and eligible refunds are handled, with timelines via Razorpay.
All orders are prepaid. This policy explains when an order can be cancelled and how refunds are processed. It works alongside our Replacement Policy.
Order cancellation
You may cancel an order any time before it is dispatched by contacting us on +91 79770 04273 or WhatsApp with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Where a refund is due - an order cancelled before dispatch, an item we are unable to fulfil, or a failed/duplicate online payment - the amount is refunded in full to your original payment method.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are initiated through Razorpay and typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Returns & exchange
We do not offer returns or exchange for change of mind. Damaged, defective or wrong items are covered by free replacement within 7 days under our Replacement Policy.

Email padmavaticeramics@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason. We confirm eligibility and process any refund promptly.
