Jaquar's customer care number for bathroom products is 1800-121-6808, toll-free, Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. For Jaquar lighting it is 1800-212-6808. You can also email service@jaquar.com or raise a service request online at support.jaquar.com. For buying questions (prices, availability, where to buy), Jaquar's product enquiry line is 1800-120-3322. Which number to call

The service lines are open Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Numbers starting 1800 are toll-free in India.

Jaquar's own page lists these numbers under "Service & Support" and "Product Enquiry". A number you find anywhere else, including on a search results page or a listing site, may not be Jaquar's. If in doubt, open jaquar.com and use the numbers shown there.

Before you call: keep these ready

1. The model code. It is printed on the product or its box: the series letters, the finish letters, then a number, such as ALI-CHR-85079NK. Our guide to reading a Jaquar model code shows where to find it and what each part means.
2. The invoice. A GST invoice from an authorized dealer is what a warranty claim is checked against. Keep a photo of it with the product's paperwork.
3. Your address and a phone number for the technician visit.

Checking your warranty

Jaquar lets you check a product's warranty online at support.jaquar.com/Warranty/Validate. Warranty terms differ by product: Jaquar faucets carry a longer warranty than other categories, and each water heater series has its own split between the tank, element and other parts. If you bought from Padmavati Ceramics

You can call Jaquar directly, or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo of the problem. We can raise the service request with Jaquar for you. Anything that arrives damaged, defective or wrong is replaced by us within 7 days of delivery. See our replacement policy.

Beware of fake offers

Jaquar warns on its own website about fake promotions, especially calls, SMS, WhatsApp messages and links offering Jaquar franchises. Jaquar says these are fraudulent and unauthorized, and asks customers to report them through its official website or customer care. Never share bank details or pay a "registration fee" to anyone offering a Jaquar franchise or dealership.

Finding a genuine dealer
