Finish & care
Wipe the Standard finish dry with a soft cloth after use to prevent water spotting, and clean weekly with plain water or mild dish soap. Never use acidic bathroom cleaners, scouring powder or abrasive pads on plated surfaces — they etch the finish permanently and can void the finish warranty.

Frequently asked questions
What is the price of Jaquar QLD-CHR-309661C Qloud Concealed Thermostatic Shower Mixer Body with Touch Control Box?
The Jaquar QLD-CHR-309661C Qloud Concealed Thermostatic Shower Mixer Body with Touch Control Box is priced at ₹12,300 (MRP ₹14,100), a 13% saving.
Is this a genuine Jaquar product?
Yes. Padmavati Ceramics is an authorized Jaquar dealer in Borivali, Mumbai. Every product is genuine and comes with applicable Jaquar warranty.
What warranty does Jaquar QLD-CHR-309661C Qloud Concealed Thermostatic Shower Mixer Body with Touch Control Box come with?
The Jaquar QLD-CHR-309661C Qloud Concealed Thermostatic Shower Mixer Body with Touch Control Box is covered by Jaquar's official 10-year faucet warranty. Buying from an authorized dealer like Padmavati Ceramics — with a GST invoice — keeps the warranty fully valid.
Which Qloud touch kits fit this body?
All of them. Every Qloud exposed kit — 2, 3 and 4 outlets, in all nine finishes — is made for this in-wall thermostatic body, which is why one code serves every finish.
How many Qloud outlets can run at the same time?
Two at most, according to Jaquar. To change to a different outlet you stop the one that is running first, then touch the next.
Does the Jaquar Qloud work during a power cut?
Yes. The touch panel runs on a 6 V DC adapter and Jaquar fits a battery backup so the shower keeps working when mains power fails.
What water pressure does Qloud need?
Jaquar specifies 1 to 5 bar of dynamic pressure, with 3 bar recommended. In a pump-fed flat that is usually available; on a weak gravity tank it may need a pressure pump.
How is delivery and payment handled?
Orders are prepaid (UPI, cards or net-banking via PayU) and dispatched in 2–4 business days, shipped across India. We don't offer returns/exchange, but provide free replacement within 7 days for damaged, defective or wrong items.
