Finish & care
Black Matt is a matt/dark coated finish that shows water spots more than chrome. Wipe dry with a soft cloth after use and clean only with diluted mild soap — never acidic cleaners, solvents or abrasive pads, which leave permanent shiny patches on dark coatings. Hard-water scale should be softened with a damp cloth, not scraped.

What do I need besides the QLD-BLM-309683KRMH kit?
The in-wall thermostatic body QLD-CHR-309661C (₹12,300), which goes in before tiling, and the showers the outlets feed — a rain shower, hand shower and, on body-jet kits, body jets. The kit itself carries the two wall plates, the control unit, extension cables, a battery box, hoses and a filter.
How many Qloud outlets can run at the same time?
Two at most, according to Jaquar. To change to a different outlet you stop the one that is running first, then touch the next.
Does the Jaquar Qloud work during a power cut?
Yes. The touch panel runs on a 6 V DC adapter and Jaquar fits a battery backup so the shower keeps working when mains power fails.
